Competencies Driving Waste Minimization during the Construction Phase of Buildings

It is thought that there a low level of awareness key competencies drive material waste reduction at the construction stage project which has led to impact minimization in industry. This study, therefore, explores for driving projects. Twenty-four (24) factors CW projects were derived from thorough review existing literature. The research adopted quantitative approach whereby questionnaire survey involving 53 professionals was conducted.
